• For Alte.nz Consulting Clients:

  • Company/project information necessary for service delivery

Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the policies of the respective platform (Apple App Store, Google Play). Alte.nz does not offer direct refunds for in-app purchases.

3.6 Disclaimers

• The content in YourStoryKiddo is AI-generated. While we apply content filtering and age-appropriate safeguards, occasional errors or unexpected themes may occur. Please supervise your child's use of the app.
• JobScope uses your device's camera strictly for capturing job-related images. No camera data is accessed or transmitted without user initiation.

3.7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alte.nz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

3.8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or access for any reason, including violations of these terms.

3.9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in New Zealand courts.

4. Changes to This Policy
