- JobScope (job capture and reporting app)

By using any of our products, services, or websites, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Use
You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of our services is at your own risk.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials, code, design, and branding associated with Alte.nz products are owned by Alte Limited and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features (e.g., premium stories in YourStoryKiddo) require paid subscriptions managed through Apple, Google, or Stripe. You are responsible for managing your subscription directly with the platform. Refunds follow the platform's policies.
4. App-Specific Terms
4.1 YourStoryKiddo
- Designed for child use under parental supervision.
- Stories are generated using AI and may include minor inaccuracies or unpredictable content despite moderation filters.
- The app stores no personal data beyond first name and preferences, and only with parental consent.
4.2 JobScope
- Requires camera access to capture job photos; photos remain on the user's device or approved cloud storage unless explicitly uploaded.
- User data is stored only for the purpose of job documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alte.nz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at our discretion if you violate these terms or applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
